Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. You will then receive tracking information via email and all orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-4 business days for packages to arrive. Lauren's Hairtique is not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen after tracking information has been delivered.
